Okuma P100 P200 P300 UNC configuration

Okuma Configuration:

On the Okuma, pressing Control plus Reset (looks like /// on the key) should bring up the start menu for Windows. In the start menu you want to run, then enter "compmgmt.msc" and click ok.

There should be a local users and groups tab. Go to Users, right click in the user list and add a user.

Give it any name and password you like, and set the password to never expire.

Go back to the start menu and find the control panel. Go to network. Find the ethernet adapter, right click, go to properties. You will then need to go under tcp/ip v4 and set a fixed ip address for this machine (if not done already). Click ok, ok, close control panel.

Go back to the start menu, go under programs and you should see windows explorer.

Go to the D: drive. Find the MD1 folder. Right click on it, select properties.

Go to the sharing tab. Advanced sharing. Share the folder as MD1. For share permissions

check the box for "allow modify" . Click ok.
